We hold real estate licenses in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We do not practice in states we are not licensed in — if you are looking somewhere else, tell us and we will say so plainly rather than take the lead.

New York standard operating procedures
New York requires every brokerage to publish the standard operating procedures it follows when working with prospective homebuyers — identification, exclusive agreements and pre-approval among them. Ours is linked below and in the footer of every page.
