Privacy policy

When you fill in a form on this site — a contact message, a home valuation request, a showing request, the property questionnaire or a career application — we collect what you type into it. That typically means your name, email address, phone number and whatever details the form asks for.

We also record which page a form was submitted from, and any campaign parameters (utm_source and similar) present in the link that brought you here. This tells us where an enquiry came from.

Saved homes, property comparisons and recently viewed properties are stored in your own browser using local storage. They are not sent to us, they are not linked to you, and clearing your browser data removes them.

You do not need an account to use any of those features.

To respond to you. A valuation request is routed to an agent who prepares the valuation; a showing request reaches the agent handling that listing; a career application reaches the broker.

We may follow up about your enquiry. If you would prefer we stop, tell us and we will.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Information you submit is shared only with the people at this brokerage who need it to help you, and with service providers that operate this website and our email on our behalf.

Listing information on this site comes from the Staten Island Multiple Listing Service and is displayed under the MLS's IDX rules. Browsing listings does not identify you to us.

Listing data is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than identifying prospective properties.

This site uses browser storage for the features described above. If website analytics are enabled, they measure aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are visited and how people move through the site — not individual identity.

Most browsers let you block or clear site storage in their settings.

The MLS search on this site is provided by FlexMLS (FBS) and opens content from their systems. Maps are rendered using OpenStreetMap tiles. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address or email below and we will deal with it.
